- The official name of the club is the Western Reserve Modular Railroad Club. The purpose of the club is to build individual modules which will be assembled together to make a complete layout.
- Officers of the club shall consist of the following: President, Vice President, and Secretary/Treasurer. Their term shall run on a calendar year basis. Elections shall be held yearly in January.
- Dues shall be paid to the Treasurer by the 15th of each month. Dues will be $5.00 per month. Initiation fee shall be $25.00 per person and $10.00 more per child/grandchild if he/she is under 18 years of age. If a member is under 18 years of age, and their father/grandfather is a member in good standings, he/she will not have to pay any monthly dues. Once the child/grandchild reaches his/her 18th birthday, he/she shall be responsible for monthly dues. The initiation fee will be waivered. To remain a member in good standing, a member shall not be in arrears more than one (1) month. Dues may be suspended at anytime with approval of the members.
- All club property shall remain the proper of the Western Reserve Modular Railroad Club. Individual displays shall be the responsibility of each individual.
- In the event that the club dissolves, all club property shall be divided up between all members in good standings.
- Meetings will be held on the first Tuesday of each month unless otherwise specified.
- The rules contained in the current edition of Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised shall govern the club in all cases to which they are applicable and in which they are not inconsistent with these bylaws and any special rules of order the club may adopt.
